Ms. Corporate America Florida 2025: A Year of Growth, Impact, and Legacy

As we close out an incredible year, Ms. Corporate America Florida proudly reflects on 2025 as a season of transition, expansion, and purpose driven leadership under the guidance of President Philomena Moncoeur. This year was not just about crowns and titles; it was about cultivating confident women leaders, deepening community impact, and strengthening a legacy that will continue to uplift women across Florida and beyond.
A Year of Transition & Growth
2025 marked a powerful chapter of evolution for MCA Florida. With renewed vision and strategic growth, we embraced change while honoring the traditions that make this organization special. Under Philomena Moncoeur’s leadership, MCA Florida strengthened its foundation through intentional programming, expanded partnerships, and a renewed focus on visibility and service.
A major milestone of the year was the MCA Florida Competition held in March 2025. This event brought together inspiring women from across the state and beyond, celebrating leadership, confidence, and purpose. The competition served as both a launchpad and a turning point, introducing a new class of titleholders ready to represent the brand with excellence while advancing the mission throughout their communities.
Our systems, outreach, and leadership structure grew stronger, allowing us to better support contestants, titleholders, and the communities we serve. This transition laid the foundation for a more connected, empowered, and mission aligned organization.
Impacting Communities Across Florida
At the heart of MCA Florida is service. Throughout 2025, our queens, ambassadors, and supporters showed up consistently and compassionately in communities across the state. Our service initiatives were hands on, intentional, and rooted in real community needs.
This year, MCA Florida proudly led and supported food drives, back to school supply drives, led Girl Scout Troops, supported women reentering the workforce, and street clean up efforts that directly impacted families and neighborhoods. We also made financial contributions to local food banks, ensuring that essential resources reached those who needed them most.
In addition to on the ground service, MCA Florida leadership met with Mayors from two cities to gain a deeper understanding of local challenges, priorities, and opportunities for partnership. These conversations helped guide our outreach efforts and ensured that our service work was aligned with real and immediate community needs.
Our titleholders and ambassadors used their platforms to support local nonprofits and causes, mentor young women and aspiring leaders, advocate for empowerment and confidence, and represent MCA Florida with professionalism, grace, and heart.
The ripple effect of this work extended far beyond Florida, reaching women nationwide through digital platforms, events, and collaborative initiatives.
The Power of Ambassadors & Legacy Queens
This year would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our ambassadors, legacy queens, volunteers, and current titleholders. Their guidance, mentorship, and active involvement strengthened our culture and reinforced the importance of sisterhood, service, and visibility.
Legacy queens reminded us that a crown is not a moment; it is a lifelong commitment to leadership and community impact. Their continued presence bridged generations of MCA Florida women and inspired the next wave of queens to lead boldly.
Throughout 2025, current titleholders expanded their influence by appearing on podcasts, contributing to articles and media features, walking in fashion shows, and representing MCA Florida at a variety of public and private events. These opportunities increased their overall visibility while positioning MCA Florida as a respected and recognizable platform for women leaders.
Our ambassadors played a critical role in promoting the mission and values of MCA Florida, supporting events and initiatives, and serving as role models within their communities. Together, they amplified our reach and elevated our impact.
Signature Events & Milestone Moments
2025 was filled with meaningful events that celebrated excellence, service, and achievement. From empowering workshops and community activations to signature celebrations honoring our queens and supporters, each event reinforced our commitment to women empowerment.
One of the year’s highlights was the Purple Carpet Awards, a powerful moment of recognition that honored ambassadors, supporters, sponsors, and queens who have gone above and beyond. These events were not just celebrations, they were affirmations of purpose and progress.
Welcoming New Sponsors & Partners
Growth brings alignment, and in 2025, Ms. Florida Corporate America proudly welcomed new sponsors and partners who believe in our mission. Their support allowed us to expand programming, enhance experiences, and increase our ability to serve women at a higher level.
These partnerships represent more than sponsorship, they represent shared values, collaboration, and a commitment to empowering women through leadership, visibility, and opportunity.
Reaching Women Beyond Borders
Through digital engagement, events, and collaborations, Ms. Corporate America Florida’s influence reached women well beyond state lines. Our message of empowerment, confidence, and community resonated with women from all walks of life, proving that when women support women, the impact is limitless.
Looking Ahead: The Legacy Continues
As we prepare for the new year, we do so with gratitude, pride, and excitement. The foundation laid in 2025 positions Ms. Corporate America Florida for even greater impact in the years ahead.
To our queens, ambassadors, sponsors, supporters, volunteers, and community partners - THANK YOU! You are the heartbeat of MCA Florida.
Here’s to honoring the past, celebrating the present, and boldly stepping into the future.
The crown is just the beginning. The legacy continues.
