As the Founder of Plated Purpose and Director of Legacy Café & Catering in Orlando’s West Lakes District, Brittney demonstrates that profitability and purpose can go hand in hand. Rooted in a strong family legacy of hospitality, she continues the entrepreneurial spirit of her grandparents while building modern systems that create real opportunities for others.

Through Plated Purpose, Brittney equips students with practical, income producing skills that build confidence, leadership, and long term economic independence. Under her leadership, students have helped feed more than 500 families during major holiday initiatives through meal preparation, distribution, and community outreach. She believes leadership is best taught through action.

Known for turning vision into results, Brittney builds systems, forges partnerships, and leads with both strategy and heart. She is also an accomplished photographer and creative professional who captures powerful stories through her lens.

Beyond her professional work, Brittney is a devoted mother to her six year old daughter and a dedicated caregiver, roles that shape her leadership with resilience, empathy, and faith.
